These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and logisparte inc. ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of GoGoConvert (the "Service"). GoGoConvert is an online file conversion service that operates directly in your web browser. The Service allows users to convert files between different formats without uploading them to our servers. While we strive to ensure high-quality conversions, we cannot guarantee that all conversions will meet your specific needs or expectations.

User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
Ensure you have the necessary rights to convert the files you process using our Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by logisparte inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our Service does not claim any ownership rights in the files you convert. You retain all rights to your content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any conversions performed using our Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, logisparte inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Services

Our Service includes Google Ads. Your interaction with any third-party advertisements or services is solely between you and the third party. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of third-party services.

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. If we do so, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec, judicial district of Quebec City, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.

Language

The parties have expressly required that these Terms and all documents and notices relating thereto be drafted in English. Les parties aux présentes ont expressément exigé que les présentes modalités et tous les documents et avis qui y sont afférents soient rédigés en anglais.
